“I’m out here “chasing the bag”. Leave me alone, I’m “chasing my dreams”. “I’m a “go-getter”… so stay in your lane”.

Yea beloved, I’m pretty sure we’ve heard all of these before. How beautiful it is to have a mind of a motivated achiever, it’s real pretty. Extremely attractive even. Besides, who wants to be connected to a “visionless couch slouch”? An “ambitionless dust Muppet”? A “dead ended ALLEY OF ASININE”?! (Sorry…I had a flashback lol). Not many of us, I’m sure. However, “chasing” what should be SEEKING you, strikes a bit of a chord on my “spiritual banjo”. A lung draining relay race performed in a WALK MARATHON is a sight for viewers, but an UNNECESSARY energy spill for the athletic pursuant. This is where Attraction might want to pop into the bleachers. The law of “come hither”. Let’s dissect.

WHAT IS ATTRACTION?

Let’s simply take it outside, shall we? Meet me in the garden. You’re the gardener. Growing produce in the backyard, waiting to pull what’s RIPE and READY. Great, now call yourself the “rabbit”. As a rabbit in a garden, your nature and appetite is to seek out the carrots ready for harvest. What does the carrot have to do? Absolutely nothing…well as far as motion and deed. All the carrot has to do is GROW and BE. No “pick me” sign, no public announcement. By nature, the rabbit will know when the carrot is ready to be devoured. Now, what if you called yourself “carrot”? Did you have to chase the rabbit down to eat you? Not at all. In fact, if you did, you would have chased him away, prolonging the time it takes for you to be CHOSEN.

In today’s society (and past ones too, let’s be real), we have become “running carrots”. Focused more on achievement, rather than the process. The process of self-growth, preparation, and the magic of RECEPTION. Now don’t get me wrong, there is NO achievement without action. Action is needed to consistently water the carrot seeds, prune the dead, and reap in harvest.

However, what happens is we lose focus on growing in the earth (symbolizing our “life path”) and turn our focus on pursuing the “rabbits” (dreams, goals, desires), thus traveling further from our path, creating “karmic cycles” we have to back track through to find our place again. Could it possibly be avoided if we trusted that we have and ARE what the little bunnies want and need? So, why chase…when all you need to do is whisper “come to me” when you are READY?

ATTRACT VS. CONJURE

Speaking of “ready”, I’m sure we’ve all been “catfished” before. Catfishing has been around centuries before the popular 2010 documentary took flight as a tv series in 2012. Being “lured” into an attachment, using false information, intention, identity, or pretense. Therefore, we’ve been catfished in everything from love, jobs, business, BBLs and waist trainers (don’t ask lol).

Attracting or pursuing what you are NOT ready for is not only a pending heartbreak, wasted effort, delusional and misleading…it’s also the essence of CONJURING. No one (rabbit nor carrot) wants to be lured into what cannot serve them. This explains why some “really good people” can hop from relationship to relationship, job to job, place to place, hell…size to size lol. We don’t ATTRACT what we are READY for, we CONJURE what looks or feels good at the moment. Not being able to KEEP it. Let’s not be blind bunnies…or only “carrot shaped potential”.

MAGNET MAGIC

Trust and believe that whatever you are ready for…is also ready for you. That dream job or business is just a PREP away. That guy or girl is just waiting to meet you at the right time. When we are in “prep mode”, it’s equivalent to the carrot telling the rabbit “Come to me”, and then simply standing in its path and purpose, ready to be received. Whatever we are attracting, don’t chase it. You are a MAGNET. Speak to it, walk on your path (work on you) to prepare to receive and keep it for however long you need it.

While you are walking the marathon, whatever is for you will FOLLOW. When you are ready…all you have to do is STOP and RECEIVE. Let this also remind you that some stops are not “hinderances”, that’s God’s way of slowing you down to catch what’s yours! Imagine meeting a person or opportunity that was also preparing themselves for you. What a pull! I pray you be slammed into each other like toy Hot Wheels lol. Preparing myself for what I’m worth and desire is exactly the lane I want to stay in.

SpiRITUAL:

When in prayer/meditation, anoint your forehead and palms with anointing oil. In your left (receiving) hand, hold a Citrine (stone of the solar plexus, attraction, creativity, manifestation, abundance, success and prosperity), along with a Clear Quartz (stone of healing, clarity, amplification). Ask God for supernatural and divine healing of your solar plexus, and to enlarge your capacity to manifest, create, attract, and succeed in your goals and ambitions. Declare and decree that whatever belongs to you shall find you prepared and ready. Transfer crystals to your giving (right) hand and pray the same prayer for your loved ones and anyone connected to you.
