Heartfelt Harmony- One songstress’ journey of vibes and vocals.
Meet Jermeshea Nichole. A St. Louis native artist of smooth satin sound and star quality style. Giving soulful ballads of impact and impression, this lady of the limelight holds the door open for listeners to reflect on life, lessons, and love stories. Dive into the diva’s world.

“I’ve been singing since I was 13, but when I got to high school, I started taking it more seriously”, shares the singer/songwriter. Jermeshea Nichole began her early musical journey in high school concert choir and female acapella groups. “After graduation, I just started dibbling and dabbling into music. I took it more serious when I turned 21.”
As a Grand Center Arts Academy grad, Jermeshea utilized her performance arts training to anchor her music career. The 27 yr. old artist admires several R&B greats, such as Brandy, Aaliyah, Ashanti, and Monica. “Oh, and I can’t forget Stephanie Mills.”, she adds. “She’s one of the greatest.”

“My personal vibe is more laid-back chill R&B.”, say Jermeshea. “I’m pretty much like an old school type of singer.” The songwriter draws lyrical inspiration from personal experiences and that of close ones. “I write about stuff that happened in my life or someone I knew.” In late May of 2022, Jermeshea Nichole released her first recorded single, The Streets on streaming platforms. “It’s basically about losing someone to the streets, like gun violence.”, explains the artist. “Even though I’ve never lost someone to gun violence, anyone can relate to the song. If you’ve lost someone physically, mentally, or emotionally.” The songstress also released singles Trust Issues in October 2021, and Eternally in February of 2023.

At the moment, Jermeshea Nichole is currently working on an upcoming EP project due for release in 2025. “I’m also working on a song currently. It’s giving “Toni Braxton vibes”, but I don’t want to say too much.” The vocalist is also hoping to collaborate with fellow local artists. “Preferably a rapper, especially on the remix to “The Streets”. I feel like that one is more powerful than any of my songs, so I think a rapper would do a good job of bringing that message to light.” Shooting for the stars (and the BET Awards), this shining siren is setting up for the big stage and front page.

“Be original. Network with as many people as possible, you never know who knows who.” -Jermeshea Nichole
